Delivery Time

【Regular Products】
Products will be shipped approximately 7–10 days after the order and payment have been completed.

【Custom-Made Products】
After your order or inquiry, we will contact you by email.
Products will generally be shipped approximately one month after measurements and other details have been discussed and finalized, and payment has been completed.

Payment Methods and Timing

【Regular Products】
We accept credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Payment is confirmed when the order is finalized.

【Custom-Made Products】
After measurements and consultation, the final product price will be determined, and we will send payment instructions through Shopify.
Production will begin after payment has been confirmed.

Return Period
Returns and exchanges due to customer preference are not accepted.
However, if the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly delivered, or has a production defect attributable to our store, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Policy
Refunds due to customer circumstances, including incorrect selection of size, color, or design, or differences from the customer's expectations, are not accepted.
Custom-made products are individually produced based on the customer's requests and measurements. Therefore, cancellations, changes, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to customer circumstances cannot be accepted after payment has been completed.
